Delete your account

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and all associated data — your venues, tables and rooms, staff, and request history — and cancels any active subscription. This cannot be undone. Confirm your email and password to continue.

Signed up with Google or Apple? Delete your account inside the escusi Admin app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Or send us a message through the contact page and we'll delete it within 48 hours.

Guests don't have accounts — there is nothing to delete. Staff profiles are managed by the venue: ask your manager to remove you, or send us a message through the contact page.
