Guest requests for hotels: housekeeping and room service with one tap

A small NFC sticker on the nightstand. The guest taps it, three buttons appear, and the request reaches the right staff on their phones, in their language.

How it works in a hotel

  1. 1

Stick one NFC sticker in each room: the nightstand, the desk, next to the phone.

  2. 2

The guest taps it with their phone. A web page opens with the room already known. Nothing to install.

  3. 3

They pick front desk, housekeeping or room service, or type what they need.

  4. 4

The request lands on the phones of the staff for that role, with the room number and a timer.

The three buttons

Front desk

Late check-out, a taxi, a question about breakfast: anything the reception handles.

Housekeeping

Towels, a room clean, an extra pillow, a lamp that stopped working.

Room service

Food and drinks to the room, or a typed order.

Foreign guests, no language gap

A guest types in Arabic, Russian or German; the housekeeper reads it in Turkish or English. escusi translates typed requests into the language each staff member chose.

When nobody answers

A request that waits four minutes sends a reminder to the assigned staff. At seven minutes the manager gets an alert and sees it on the live board next to every other open request in the hotel.

What it costs

$4.99 a month covers the whole hotel, unlimited rooms and staff, and one restaurant if you run one. Stickers are about 50 cents per room. See the pricing.

Questions from hotel managers

No. The tap opens a web page. The free escusi app is optional: faster, and it remembers the guest at every escusi hotel and restaurant.

Yes. One subscription covers one hotel and one restaurant. Loungers and bar tables get stickers like any table.

You add staff in the dashboard. Requests go to the staff phones connected to the hotel, and the manager can assign any request to a specific person from the live board.

Every iPhone since the iPhone 7 and nearly every Android phone reads NFC. For everyone else the phone by the bed still works: escusi adds a channel, it does not remove one.

Yes. Every request is logged with the room, the time, who took it and how long it waited, so a complaint can be checked against what actually happened.
