Set up escusi in ten minutes

Everything from buying stickers to the first tap. No technician, no hardware.

   Buy the stickers

   Any NTAG213 NFC sticker, 25–30 mm, about 50 cents each. Choose PVC over paper; it survives daily wiping. For metal tables buy “anti-metal” (on-metal) stickers; ordinary ones do not scan on metal. One per table or room, plus a few spares.

   Sign up

   Create your account on escusi.com with an email, or with Google or Apple. You can look around the dashboard before you subscribe.

3. 3Step 3

   Create the restaurant

   On the dashboard, add your restaurant or hotel: the name, and a menu link if you have one. One account can hold one restaurant and one hotel.

4. 4Step 4

   Add the tables

   Add each table or room by its number. Every one gets its own link, and that link is what goes on its sticker.

5. 5Step 5

   Invite the staff

   Add each waiter by name. The dashboard gives you an invite code; the waiter types it into the free Staff app and is connected. No email, no password.

6. 6Step 6

   Subscribe

   $4.99 a month or $49.99 a year. Requests start flowing the moment the subscription is active.

7. 7Step 7

   Write the stickers

   Open the Admin app, go to the tables, tap Write on a table and hold the phone to its sticker. Two seconds per sticker. Or copy the table's link from the dashboard and write it with any NFC writer app.

8. 8Step 8

   Lock them

   Optional but recommended: with the free NFC Tools app, password-protect or lock each sticker so nobody can rewrite it. Tap-test first; a locked sticker is permanent.

9. 9Step 9

   The first tap

   Stick each one where guests will see it and tap it with your phone. The right table should come up with the buttons. Send a test request and watch it land on the Staff app and the live board.
